We provide a range of products to allow the user, referred to as the “client”, to order and purchase the products available in our online store, through this website.
By visiting and/or purchasing from Campocura, the client engages in our “Service” and agrees with all the points in the described Terms and Conditions, at the moment of access to Campocura. These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the website and online store including, without limitation, users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.
If the client does not agree to all the conditions hereby stated, then the client should not access our website and online store.

Products and prices
We make sure we inform our clients about the characteristics, descriptions and images of each product. We are committed to make our products available in a clear way and correct any possible mistakes that may occur as soon as we can.
The information about our products, prices, content, images and promotions may be updated and changed by us at any moment.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue a product without previous notice.
We shall not be liable to our clients for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of a product.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products to any person or geographic region. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We also reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products that we offer.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products purchased or obtained by the client will meet the client’s expectations.
Product availability
All products available on our online store can be purchased, except in case of stock break or stock limitation. Products may become unavailable without previous notice but, in that case, such products will be identified on our online store.
In case a product is no longer available at the moment of purchase, we will inform the client by e-mail and try to normalize the situation as soon as possible.
Order cancellation
The client may cancel an order while the order is still being processed. In that case, the client must inform us by e-mail within 24 hours after payment has been verified. In case the order has already been shipped to the client, the shipping costs are non-refundable, only the value of the product will be reimbursed with a deduction fee of 2.00 Euros.
We are not responsible for any possible delays in dealing with order cancellations.
We reserve the right not to process an order or reimbursement in case of fraud or bad conduct from the client.
In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify the client by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgement, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
The client agrees to provide updated, complete and accurate order information for all orders made at our online store.
Packaging
We try to reuse packaging and minimize the use of plastic as wrapping and filling material as much as possible.
Deliveries
The time it may take for an order to reach the client may vary depending on the chosen shipping service and delivery method.
We are not responsible for any delay or unforeseen situation in the delivery of any order.
Returning a product
We only replace products that we are responsible for being defective or damaged, or in case a different product has been sent by us to the client by mistake.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition as it was received. It must also be in the original packaging. All products must remain unopened.
To complete a return, we require a proof of purchase.
To return a product, the client must mail the product to the address provided by us after the return is considered eligible.
Returning a cancelled order
If the client cancels an order after the order has been shipped, the client is obliged to return the product to the provided address. If the product does not meet the conditions for an eligible return, the client will not receive any reimbursement. Shipping costs to return a cancelled order are non-refundable.
Refunds
Our Refund Policy expires 14 days after the order has been received by the client. After these 14 days, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.
Once a return is received and inspected, we will send an e-mail to the client notifying that we have received the returned product. We will also notify the client of the approval or rejection of a refund.
If a refund is approved, a credit including the shipping costs for returning the product will be applied to the client’s original method of payment within 7 working days.
If we do not receive the return, the client will not receive any reimbursement.
Product replacement
Replacement products will be shipped within 7 working days if stock is available. Otherwise the client will be informed by e-mail about an estimated shipping time .
We are not responsible for any delay or unforeseen situation in the delivery of a replacement product.
Sale items
Only regular priced products may be refunded, products on sale are non-refundable.
Complaints
The client may present a complaint by e-mail regarding any issue, act or information connected to Campocura.
Liability
We are not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of any of our products, as well as for any delay or unforeseen situation in the delivery of any order.
Minors
Our online store is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We are not responsible if an order is placed by a minor without the parent's consent. No reimbursement will be done in such case, unless the guidelines for order cancellation as described in these terms and conditions are followed.
Errors, inaccuracies and omissions
Occasionally there may be information on our website or online store that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges and transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without previous notice (including after the client has placed an order).
