PAYMENT OPTIONS and SHIPPING
Payment options
We have the following payment methods available at the moment:
Bank transfer
MBWAY
After placing an order, the client will receive a confirmation e-mail with all the necessary details to complete the purchase. If we do not verify the payment within 5 days after the order has been placed, the order will be cancelled.
We will only proceed with processing and shipping an order after payment has been verified.
Shipping
Products purchased at our online store will be shipped after payment has been verified, within maximally 7 working days. We do our best to start processing all orders at the moment payment is verified.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery destination, the weight of the order and the chosen shipping service and delivery method.
At checkout, the client will be able to choose from the shipping services and delivery methods available and the total cost of the order will be calculated.
The client assumes all responsibility for shipping costs unless otherwise noted.
