WHAT'S IN IT
Mixed green and ripe fresh olives of the portuguese varieties Galega, Cordovil and Bical.
At Campocura the prunnings of the olive trees are converted either into woodchips or biochar that are used to enrich the soil. Free-range chickens give the soil extra fertilization while keeping pests and weeds minimized.
While creating more biodiversity with inter-planting our olive trees with other plant species through soil regenerative practices, the trees become healthier and produce better quality olives.

BOTANICAL POWER
Olive oil is rich in polyphenols, natural bioactive compounds with antioxidant, neuroprotective and antimicrobial properties. The phenolic compound oleocanthal is specifically known as a strong anti-inflammatory. Supports the immune system and a healthy gut.
