WHAT'S IN IT

Ingredients: botanical infusion of yarrow (Achillea millefolium, flowers and leaves) in artisanal olive oil, beeswax, this essential oil of sweet orange (Citrus sinensis).

All the botanical parts we use come from plants that grow on our land in an eco-conscious way.

Olive oil is rich in vitamin E and A, oleic acids and polyphenols, is anti-inflammatory, it helps fighting free radicals, protects the skin and makes it softer. The one we use is produced by us, see more information here.

Beeswax is rich in fatty acids and vitamin A, it nourishes the skin and helps to naturally maintain its elasticity. The one we use is ethically collected by beekeepers close to the Tagus Natural park in the region of Idanha-a-Nova.

BOTANICAL POWER

Extracts of yarrow have antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties and can be used topically to treat sore or inflamed joints and various skin inflammations, as well as small wounds and cuts, minor burns and insect bites. They can also mitigate the presence of spots or freckles that appear on the hands with age due to their skin-lightening potential.

Yarrow is also well known for having skin-calming effects, being rich in natural phenolic acids and flavonoids that rejuvenate the skin and improve its softness.

Sweet orange essential oil is anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, antibacterial and anti-fungal. It has a comforting and uplifting aroma, soothes and protects the skin.

SUGGESTION OF USE

Apply liberally as often as needed.

This balm helps to care for hands and nails, relieving inflammation and repairing the skin while moisturizing it and protecting it from ageing, but it can also be used simply as a moisturizer to keep the skin nourished and protected.

To preserve its natural durability, it should be kept in a cool and dry place away from sunlight or other heat sources and applied with clean and dry hands.
